As a full time professional real estate agent for almost a quarter of a century, Jeff has served hundreds of listing and buying clients in the Greater Iowa City/Cedar Rapids. Jeff has skilled experience in helping consumers navigate the current housing client. His housing leadership has experienced both the Housing boom of the early 2000's to the housing bust of 2008; from the unprecedented low interest rates and the market craze of the Covid years, to the more difficult housing climate we now face with a shortage of inventory and higher rates. Through it all, Jeff has served with creative tools and wise counsel to help the consumer win with their housing challenges. Jeff started his real estate firm in 2020 and has enjoyed working in the community as a Broker and Small Business Owner. He works with a strong desire to serve each client as if I were serving a member of my own family. Navigating the housing market to find that right match is not an easy task for the consumer. Jeff recognizes that each need is different and deserving of his utmost professionalism and expertise in the market. He has found that his clients appreciate the unique blend of having an agent with experience and knowledge, yet with a desire to connect and form a strong professional relationship along the way. Long after the sale, he has enjoyed the opportunity to stay in touch with clients. In many cases, Jeff's clients have also become lifetime friends.
He has been married to Amy, his spouse of 34 years. They are residents of Tiffin and have been very active in volunteering in the Clear Creek-Amana School District and in the community over the years. They have 3 daughters, all who graduated from the CCA High School, 2 grandsons, and two golden-doddles named Wrigley and Marley, who help to keep life interesting.
